Peckham Rye is a project which showcases an internal reconfiguration and successful planning application for a grade 2 listed house in a central London conservation area. The proposal also aims to replace existing single glazed units with bespoke slim double glazing, a new opening at the rear, solar panels and a new rear terrace and external staircase to the garden. The project is currently in planning.
