Mistley Sheds

Mistley Sheds is a recent research project conducted at the University of Cambridge in the post-industrial town of Mistley Essex. The project focuses on re-wilding and how it can retain the memory of the town's industrial past, while also bringing in wildlife to the existing rural coastal town. The primary focus of the project was the removal of asbestos cladding from three existing agricultural sheds, transforming the space into a breeding ground for local wildlife.
