House for a Farmer

A new-build house in South Devon for a farmer. Low cost construction and designed to sit within the wider landscape. The proposed design is for a three bed, pre-fabricated SIPs house with living areas on the first floor to maximise views, and sleeping areas on the ground floor. A timber rain screen clads the property to protect the facade, as well as providing a simplified exterior look which allows the project to nestle into the landscape. A zinc roof adds to the simplicity of the proposed design. The project is currently in planning.
