Connor Hiza
Founder
Connor is a RIBA Part 2 Architectural Designer based in South Devon and London. He studied at Kingston School of Art (RIBA Part 1) and at the University of Cambridge (RIBA Part 2). Connor specialised in the re-wilding of Salcombe as his Part 2 thesis at Cambridge, learning how landscape can be re-introduced into post-industrialised rural towns in the UK.
Connor has previously worked at an award winning Architecture practice in rural Somerset before starting his own design studio.

We focus on residential projects in both urban and rural settings, from extensions to new build. We have experience working with listed buildings, AONBs and conservation areas. We aim to use vernacular materials alongside well detailed proposals to create projects which look great, are cost and budget conscious as well as having considerations to sustainability.
